Digital photographs, aerial photographs, location maps, flood maps, topographical maps, sketches, and surveys (when available) are included in our reports. Then our reports are digitized into an Adobe .PDF file which is easily read with the free program Acrobat Reader. This means that the appraisal can easily be transferred to others within your company and shared with other lenders. This has helped our customers shorten the loan processing timetable, save money on overnight mail, and move forward into the new millennium.
